If you are100% unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item, at your expense, for a full refund or exchange (minus original shipping cost).

 

Item must be returned in original condition (unsmoked) and in the original boxes and packaging.

 

Please contact me via gieskepipes@gmail with "Return Request" as the Subject so I know a return is on the way.

 

Please include the invoice or the order number and item title and tracking number if applicable.

 

Returned packages must be Post Marked within 7 days of the original delivery date. Refunds may take 1-3 days to process and issue.
