When you receive your purchase

  •  If you are 100% unsatisfied with your purchase upon receiving, you may return your item within 10 days of delivery date for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or an exchange.

  • Please contact me at gieskepipes@gmail.com with "Return Request" or "Exchange Request" as the Subject. Please include the invoice or the order number within the email.

  • *Returned packages must be Post Marked within 10 days of the original delivery date. Refunds may take 1-5 days to process and issue once the item has been received and reviewed.

  • Item must be returned in original condition, unsmoked and with original bag, boxes

  • Please send me the tracking number if applicable.

  • A refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping cost, will be issued once the return is processed.

 

MY GUARANTEE​

  • 10-Year GUARANTEE BRIAR PIPES & BOWLS:  With proper care and use my pipes will last a lifetime or more. However, if your briar wood pipe were to burn through (from the inside of the tobacco chamber to outside of the pipe or have a substantial amount of burnout within the chamber) due to unseen natural flaws that were hidden below the surface within the tobacco chamber contact me. SAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER: I will need the order number (without the order number I cannot process the guarantee), an approximate date of purchase and photos of the pipe and the damage. If I deem the burn through to be substantial enough to cause total pipe failure, I will ask that you return the pipe along with the order number and date or year of purchase. Once I receive the pipe and inspect to make sure it can't be repaired, if it can be then I'll repair it. if I deem it a goner, I will issue a credit for the original price paid for the pipe (minus original shipping cost) toward your next purchase from my website. Credit will expire one year after issue date and is only redeemable on this website. 

  • 2-YEAR GUARANTEE MORTA PIPES & BOWLS: Due to the nature of Morta (Bog Wood) only burn throughs are covered. It is fairly common for Morta to develop small cracks. Cracks are not covered by my guarantee, only burn throughs.

  •  2-YEAR GUARANTEE CORN COB PIPES & BOWLS: Same terms (above) as the briar pipe. My corn cobs should last many years if proper care and use are taken. 

  • 2-YEAR GUARANTEE OTHER WOODS PIPES & BOWLS: This includes cherrywood, maple, olive wood and any other species of wood other than briar. If broken in gently and you build a thin cake these woods should last many years. You should build up a thin cake even if the chamber is carbon coated to ensure longevity.

* Guarantee is offered only to pipes purchased on this website. If you buy through a third party or are not the original purchaser, the guarantee is void. 

* Deep Six (my rejects) Are not subject to my guarantee. ​

  • ALL Return shipping costs are at buyers' expense.

  • Make sure you save the order number and date

  • Any modifications done to the pipe or bowl will void the guarantee.
